My Life-Changing Challenge
I am stuck. I am bored, out of shape, and feel like life is on cruise control but I am stuck on the same loop on repeat. The only way to make the change to a different life is to be the change! I am the change.
The change is that I started to run, walk, jog, and run. Simple, direct, and to the point, I am moving my body exerting effort. With this change comes a series of goals I would like to try to accomplish:
- Run a marathon
- Run 50 Miles
- Run 100 Miles
- Run 150 miles
- Run 200 Miles
- Run the Cocodona 250
At the time of writing this, I am 44 years old and this year I am going to be turning 45. The goal for these top 6 accomplishments is to get it all done by the time I am 50.
The plan is to keep a journal of how my training is going and about the runs I go on. This is the place to be is see all of those things, the ups, the downs, the procrastination.
It is time for a life-changing challenge.
